Position: 150 Server
About: Shari’s and Coco’s are looking for new Servers/Hosts who love food, teamwork, and creating a great guest experience. All Servers and Hosts maintain outstanding guest service in every interaction they have, ensuring that each guest is greeted with a smile and all orders are consistent and held to company standards to provide a great guest experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a restaurant setting preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong knowledge of menu items and ability to make appropriate recommendations; ability to handle guest complaints professionally; adherence to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
