The Wedding and Event Planning Manager manages all aspects of event planning, including administering sales agreements, detailing food, beverage, setup, and audio/visual requirements, managing room blocks, handling billing instructions, and reviewing final arrangements. They are also the on-site contact during events, ensuring that customer expectations are not only met but consistently exceeded.

In addition to event management, the manager will host hotel tours, wedding and event tastings, and foster strong internal and external relationships with clients and colleagues. The individual works closely with sales, event, and hotel staff, as well as administrative assistants, to maintain smooth operations from planning through event completion. This is a salaried position with a competitive range from $80,168.40 to $86,600, with the starting salary depending on factors like experience, qualifications, and education.
