Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 year of experience in wedding, events or customer service preferred
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Diligence and attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Physical stamina and high energy levels
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform under stress
- Excellent multitasking ability

- Weekend availability

Job Duties
- Setting up venues for events including chairs and building stages
- Ensuring that seating arrangements adhere to floor chart
- Working with clients and vendors to ensure venues are providing all items necessary to execute events
- Ensuring the event hall is clean and organized
- Adhering to event safety standards
- Ensuring excellent levels of customer service
- Overseeing and training of part time staff
- Welcoming clients, guests, and vendors
- Providing useful information to event-goers
- Inspecting equipment for damage after use and checking it against an inventory list
- Packing up equipment when the event is completed
