Job Description

Leafguard is a prominent company specialized in providing high-quality gutter protection systems that shield homes from damage caused by clogged gutters and water overflow. Known for its innovative design and long-lasting products, Leafguard serves residential customers by offering effective solutions that enhance home maintenance and curb appeal. The company is committed to excellence in customer service, product innovation, and community engagement, making it a trusted name in the home improvement industry. With a strong regional presence and a focus on sustainable business practices, Leafguard continues to expand its outreach through targeted marketing events and community involvement.

The role of Field Event Marketing Manager (FEMM) at Leafguard is an essential position responsible for representing the company at various trade shows, community events, and marketing activations within the assigned territory. This position primarily focuses on lead generation to exceed booked, issued, and sales targets by effectively managing prescheduled events, training event promoters, and collaborating with the General Manager on lead lifecycle management in the CRM system. The FEMM supports the Senior Event Manager by assisting in local planning, administrative tasks, and talent development.

In this dynamic position, the FEMM acts as the face of Leafguard at trade shows and events, promoting the company's gutter protection systems and educating potential customers about the benefits and features that make Leafguard a top choice. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, team coordination, and hands-on event execution to ensure all aspects of event marketing run smoothly and meet performance goals.

The manager will be responsible for coordinating the setup and maintenance of marketing materials and displays, ensuring that the brand is presented professionally at every event. They will also play a vital role in recruiting, training, and retaining event marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment that drives success. Tracking and measuring the effectiveness of lead generation efforts is another critical aspect of the role, as the FEMM will use data-driven insights to optimize team performance and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Working at Leafguard means being part of a supportive and forward-thinking company that values innovation, quality, and community impact. The Field Event Marketing Manager position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are self-starters, strong communicators, and capable leaders in fast-paced environments. This full-time role demands flexibility, including travel within the assigned territory and availability to work evenings and weekends, reflecting the event-driven nature of the job.

Overall, the position is geared toward a motivated professional who thrives on building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to a team-oriented environment. With a focus on achieving high standards of professionalism and lead conversion, the FEMM will play a key part in expanding Leafguard's market reach and maintaining its reputation as a leader in the gutter protection industry.
