The Assistant Concessions Manager role at Little Caesars Arena is a vital leadership position within the concessions team. This role partners closely with the Concessions Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure all concession locations within the arena run smoothly and efficiently. The Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in team leadership, helping to hire, train, and develop staff while maintaining high standards of guest service and compliance with all regulatory requirements including health and safety standards, alcohol service regulations, payroll, and financial protocols. Compensation for this position ranges from $43,888 to $59,100 per year with additional opportunities for annual bonuses based on company and individual performance or an uncapped sales incentive plan. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience in the food service industry
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health regulations, and safety procedures
- Ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
- Proficient computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, and point of sale systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of all concession locations under the guidance of the Concessions Manager
- Assist with coordinating team members and non-profit organization groups to ensure effective collaboration and operational efficiency
- Contribute to hiring and training new team members on company objectives, policies, and procedures to drive team performance and deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations governing alcohol, food service, sanitation, payroll, financial protocols, and employment practices
- Oversee cash handling and financial reporting, reconcile discrepancies, and support inventory management
