Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership
- Commitment to training and coaching employees

- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Physical ability to perform tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred for those without a diploma
- Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership for all restaurant employees
- Train and coach restaurant staff to maximize productivity and development
- Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants and encouraging employee engagement
- Ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Implement merchandising and marketing programs effectively
- Analyze Profit and Loss and store reports to drive store performance improvements
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with staff and management
- Perform multitasking duties including physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
