Job Requirements

  • completion of an approved culinary program or apprenticeship
  • one to two years of increasingly responsible pastry experience in a hotel environment
  • ability to serve guests through verbal face-to-face interactions with discretion
  • positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • commitment to guest satisfaction
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to work AM PM weekend and holiday shifts as needed
