This role is for a Cake Decorator position within Costco’s bakery department, a crucial area of the warehouse where specialty baked goods are prepared and presented for members. The Cake Decorator is responsible for cutting, filling, icing, and decorating cakes according to set standards and guidelines. This position requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to follow specific recipes and decorating instructions found in the Cake Decorating Manual. The decorator also prepares cheesecakes and manages cake packaging for special orders and back stock, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality member service while ensuring all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures are followed. This includes compliance with food safety certifications, quality assurance protocols, and safety trainings. Additionally, they will assist with other bakery and warehouse duties as needed, such as inventory checks, handling refrigeration equipment, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
