With a commitment to excellence in all facets of hospitality, it has established itself as a premier destination for discerning visitors seeking both luxury and authenticity in California\'s vibrant coastal environment.
The Banquet Chef role at this prestigious resort is a dynamic and leadership-intensive position reflecting a passion for culinary excellence and event management. Responsible for delivering extraordinary banquet cuisine for a variety of high-profile occasions including weddings, corporate events, galas, and private dining affairs, the Banquet Chef ensures that every dish meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service. This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 annually and demands a proactive professional with expertise in banquet operations, high-volume catering, menu development, kitchen leadership, and food cost management.
