The overnight pastry chef role at Le Parfait Paris is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals who are self-starters, responsible, and deeply engaged in the art of baking. The position requires working from 1 am to 9:30 am, five days a week, including weekends and holidays, ensuring that fresh, beautifully crafted pastries and breads are ready for the day ahead. The baker will be involved in proofing and baking every croissant and bread, decorating and finishing desserts, and packing all items in FDA-approved delivery boxes for distribution to the company's various pastry boutiques. Pay ranges from $19 to $22 per hour, depending on the candidate's previous professional baking experience, with opportunities for career advancement within the company.
