The Project Manager role at Michael Baker International focuses on supporting water and wastewater clients in San Diego, managing technically sound and financially viable projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within a financially stable and expanding team of water/wastewater engineers, designers, and drafters. The successful candidate will lead a diverse range of assignments, such as water and sewer master plans, hydraulic modeling, pipeline design, and pump station development. Responsibilities also include client interaction, business development, technical leadership, and project management duties like budgeting and invoicing, all within a collaborative environment that encourages innovation. The typical compensation range is $125,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on education, experience, and skills, coupled with a comprehensive benefits package.
