Job Duties

  • pay attention to wheel caller for proper cooking items
  • cook breakfast meals to order ensuring eggs and meats are prepared correctly
  • follow proper hygiene, wash hands after handling raw meats
  • keep kitchen station clean and free of debris and spillage
  • maintain freezers and refrigerators at proper temperatures
  • conduct temperature checks and log results every two hours
  • report any food supply shortages immediately
  • observe safety procedures while cooking
  • deep clean kitchen line at the end of each shift
  • take breaks on time and return promptly
  • work overtime if needed
  • complete other tasks as assigned by management
