Job Requirements

  • An A.S. degree or equivalent hands-on culinary experience
  • Progressive culinary and kitchen management experience
  • Experience with airport or hotel foodservice operations preferred
  • Catering and institutional batch cooking experience
  • Strong knowledge of food trends, sanitation, and cost control
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and daily tech tools
  • ServSafe certification highly desirable
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights and weekends
