We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA. This role is integral to our culinary operations and involves supporting the Executive Chef in delivering refined dining experiences tailored to the preferences of our residents. As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing meal preparation and kitchen activities during the Executive Chef's absence. Your expertise will ensure the quality and consistency of dishes served, maintaining the highest standards of taste and presentation. In addition to your culinary duties, you will engage directly with residents to understand their individual preferences and special dietary requirements, fostering a personalized dining experience that enhances their satisfaction and well-being.
