Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish is a plus
- capable of lifting or moving merchandise frequently up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds without assistance
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to remain mobile and work in varying environmental conditions
- willingness to adhere to company policies and maintain a safe work environment

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests to solve their specific needs and promote current promotions and store events
- be knowledgeable about the total store's tools, products, and services to enhance guest experience
- thank guests and encourage loyalty by informing them about Target Loyalty programs and assisting with sign-ups
- scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy
- demonstrate safe work practices and compliance with safety policies and procedures
- support guest services such as order pick up, Drive Up orders, and returns
- maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- stock supplies during store hours
- accurately handle checkout operations and support cash office tasks as needed
