We are currently looking for dedicated Cashiers to join our team at Pollo Regio in Dallas, TX. This role is fundamental as it directly impacts the customer experience and operational efficiency. Successful candidates will be responsible for processing all transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor towards customers. This position offers both full-time and part-time employment options, accommodating various schedules. In this role, Cashiers act as the frontline representatives of the restaurant, handling order taking, payment processing, and providing outstanding customer service through positive interaction whether in person or via phone.

Cashiers at Pollo Regio will use our Point of Sale (POS) system to process orders, ensuring transactions are completed swiftly and without error. Additionally, employees are expected to uphold the cleanliness and appearance standards of the restaurant, contributing to a pleasant environment for both customers and coworkers. This role requires excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and a customer satisfaction-oriented mindset. We highly value candidates who have previous experience in retail cashier or sales, possess basic PC knowledge, and are comfortable using electronic equipment such as cash registers, scanners, and money counters. Bilingual applicants are preferred to enhance communication effectiveness with our diverse customer base.
