Job Duties

  • Conduct cash buy-ins and cash-outs for poker chips following strict cash handling procedures
  • Process credit card transactions for cage services
  • Accurately count and verify chip denominations
  • Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions
  • Reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions resolving issues and ensuring a smooth experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
  • Report any suspicious activity to a supervisor immediately
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor
