Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • previous managerial experience preferred
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and delegate effectively
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast accurate friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training food safety and inventory management
  • set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
  • manage sales promotions and organize front counter mccafe and drive-thru
  • oversee kitchen operations maintaining food quality safety and cost control
  • hire train and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize crew members
