Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast accurate friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training food safety and inventory management
- set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
- manage sales promotions and organize front counter mccafe and drive-thru
- oversee kitchen operations maintaining food quality safety and cost control
- hire train and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew members
