The Kitchen Supervisor role at Dash In in Graham, NC is a pivotal position requiring strong leadership and operational skills to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the back-of-house kitchen operations. This is a full-time position offering a competitive pay rate of $18.00 to $22.50 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for overnight shifts. Working at Dash In comes with comprehensive benefits designed to support your professional and personal well-being. The company offers paid time off including vacation, sick, and personal leave, plus paid holidays to ensure a healthy work-life balance. Employees also benefit from paid community engagement days, paid parental leave, and access to tuition reimbursement and development programs to support continuous learning and career growth.

Health and financial benefits are robust, including affordable medical, dental, and vision plans with options for a health savings account. Additional financial well-being offerings include a 401(k) plan with employer-matched contributions and financial planning assistance. Unique perks like pet insurance, basic life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, free beverages, discounts on fresh food at Dash In stores, and discounted monthly car wash memberships add value to working for the company.

Dash In values diversity and inclusion and is an equal-opportunity employer, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds without discrimination. If you are motivated to lead a dynamic kitchen team and contribute to a company recognized for its workplace excellence, this role offers a promising path and an opportunity to be part of a winning team dedicated to creating greatness every day.
