The Kitchen Utility Lead position at Morrison Living, located at Croasdaile Village in Durham, NC, is a full-time opportunity with a fixed pay rate of $18.00 per hour. Job Requirements

  • Four years of prior kitchen utility experience required
  • Ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily
  • Availability to work full-time schedule from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm with varying days
  • Ability to train, supervise, and support kitchen team members
  • Professional demeanor and positive interaction skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Four years of prior kitchen utility experience
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in a kitchen environment
