Located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Ingredion is currently seeking a dedicated Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to join their onsite team. This pivotal role involves leading and managing comprehensive EHS programs at the Winston-Salem facility. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager and overseeing a team member, the EHS Manager will be responsible for fostering a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations, including OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and North Carolina Department of Natural Resources requirements. The role demands a strategic leader who can drive continuous improvement in safety, health, environmental stewardship, and security performance through employee engagement, risk reduction, and operational excellence.

This position includes essential responsibilities such as developing and managing emergency response capabilities, overseeing environmental compliance activities such as air and wastewater permits, and conducting thorough incident investigations with corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences. The EHS Manager will collaborate across departments and with union representatives to build trust, enhance safety performance, and implement sustainable initiatives. The salary range for this role is between $102,100 and $136,166 annually, complemented by a competitive total rewards package. Incentive compensation is available through the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or role-specific bonuses.
