The current opportunity is for a General Manager 4 (Food) to oversee culinary operations at Wesley Long Hospital, located in Greensboro, North Carolina. Wesley Long Hospital is a 175-bed acute care facility within the Cone Health network, specializing in oncology, orthopedics, and bariatric care. It offers private rooms and hosts the Cone Health Cancer Center, making it a prominent healthcare institution in the region. This role is instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of food service for patients, staff, and visitors, ensuring that culinary experiences meet both Sodexo's standards and the hospital's specific needs.

As General Manager 4 (Food), you will have day-to-day oversight of all culinary operations at Wesley Long Hospital. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality food service that aligns with company and client financial goals and strategic plans. You will cultivate and maintain strong client and customer relationships, creating a positive, efficient culinary environment. This position requires a leader who is not only operationally savvy but also passionate about customer service and food safety. The role involves managing multiple priorities, leading a team, and using Sodexo's Food Management Systems and Market Connections tools for effective reporting and operations.
