Job Requirements
- A college certificate or equivalent relevant hospitality experience
- 2 to 4 years of relevant hospitality experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Sharp vision including close-up color and focus
- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time as required
Job Qualifications
- College certificate or 2 to 4 years of hospitality experience or a combination of both
- Self-motivated and organized mindset with a love for creating memorable events
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and tackle challenges head-on
- Passion for detail and a commitment to getting things done right and on time
- Strong language skills including reading menus writing plans and communicating with confidence
- Adept math skills to master ratios proportions and measurements for event planning and budgets
- Proficiency with phone systems computers and software to maintain smooth operations
Job Duties
- Plan and execute flawless catering orders mastering menus portions delivery logistics and driver coordination
- Book and manage private events in banquet rooms ensuring every detail from menus to special requests is perfect
- Handle dining room reservations for parties nailing special requests and deposits with precision
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone or email with warmth speed and expertise
- Know menus inside out advising on allergies diets and customizations to delight guests
- Keep the team in sync by communicating updates and mentoring staff on event procedures
- Jump into other tasks as needed bringing energy to every corner of the operation
