Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in events, hospitality, retail, customer service, sales, promotions, or community engagement
- strong communication skills
- ability to speak comfortably with customers, partners, and large groups
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- creative problem-solving skills
- flexibility to work evenings and weekends occasionally
- passion for community building and positive customer experiences

Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community events and activations
- recruit, train, and support event staff and volunteers
