With decades of experience in the industry, Reynolds & Reynolds has established itself as a trusted partner, delivering cutting-edge technology that supports dealerships nationwide. The company values a collaborative work environment, continuous learning, and a strong emphasis on employee well-being and development.
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Events Marketing Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the logistics and execution of our participation in industry events and trade shows. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that Reynolds & Reynolds’ brand presence at these events is impactful, well-organized, and aligned with our strategic marketing and sales objectives. Acting as the main point of contact for sales representatives attending these events, you will facilitate clear, timely communication and help coordinate all aspects of our exhibition efforts.
This position requires a highly organized individual who can handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and work within tight deadlines. You will collaborate with various internal departments, including sales, marketing, and procurement, as well as external vendors, event organizers, and service providers, to secure all necessary materials and services for successful event execution. The role involves overseeing logistical details such as research, purchasing, shipping, transportation, and inventory management of materials and equipment used at trade shows.
Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the company’s memberships in relevant industry associations, ensuring that Reynolds & Reynolds maximizes all membership benefits and maintains timely renewals. Post-event analysis and feedback gathering are also key components, allowing you to assess event performance and provide insights to improve future participation strategies.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, and an outgoing personality combined with a creative mindset. Occasional travel is expected to attend and support events as needed. This role offers a hybrid work schedule after the training period and excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company matching. Join Reynolds & Reynolds and be part of a company that values innovation, professional growth, and a healthy work-life balance.
