We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused Event Servers to join our dynamic team at the Cincinnati Convention Center. This role is critical in creating memorable and seamless dining experiences for guests attending various events. Successful candidates will be responsible for the full scope of service duties including greeting guests warmly, taking food and beverage orders efficiently, delivering plated meals, and ensuring tables and buffet stations are well-maintained and clean throughout the event. This position demands a high level of energy, attention to detail, and the ability to provide impeccable customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Event Servers must be well-versed in the Steps of Service, operating both plated meal service and cart service with professionalism and courtesy. Maintaining optimal presentation and cleanliness is vital, as is the ability to manage physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for the duration of shifts which often require stamina and endurance. Because of the nature of the venue, candidates are required to have the Alcohol and Food/ServSafe Certifications on file to comply with health and safety regulations. Additionally, employees must complete Levy's online training course "Creating Legends" and submit proof of completion as well as complete their training packet prior to starting employment.
