Situated within a historic downtown property, this sophisticated venue combines upscale dining, curated wine experiences, and a hospitality-first culture to create a unique destination in the market. The establishment features private dining spaces, event capabilities, a premium wine cellar, and a hospitality-driven atmosphere, emphasizing luxury, warmth, and meticulous attention to detail. This new hospitality platform includes multiple guest-facing experiences such as upscale dining, private events, wine-focused programming, and personalized hospitality services that cater to a discerning clientele seeking elegant and memorable experiences.

The Event Sales & Marketing Manager position plays a crucial role in the organization's private event sales, marketing strategies, social media management, brand visibility, and guest relationship management across its private events business and associated hospitality venues. The successful candidate will excel at facilitating upscale event sales, executing flawless event experiences, and ensuring an elevated and seamless guest journey from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up.

This position is instrumental in building the event infrastructure, developing sales strategies, marketing materials, and optimizing client experiences before the official opening. The ideal professional is highly organized, detail-oriented, polished, and responsive, with a hospitality-first mindset. They should be capable of balancing the demands of a busy restaurant environment while delivering exceptional private events and fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities include handling private event inquiries with urgency and professionalism, guiding prospective clients through every step of the sales process, developing customized event proposals and contracts, closing business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships with corporate and social clients. The role requires close collaboration with culinary, beverage, and operational leadership to ensure smooth event execution and to maintain high standards of service and hospitality.

Marketing and brand-building are also integral to this role, as the Event Sales & Marketing Manager will lead promotional efforts for private dining, events, and hospitality activations. This includes managing social media strategies, creating engaging digital content, coordinating marketing materials, and building strategic community and media partnerships. Through these marketing initiatives, the manager will help position the organization as one of Cleveland's premier hospitality destinations.

Revenue growth and business development responsibilities include proactive sales efforts, relationship management, developing annual booking goals and strategies, and maximizing the utilization of event spaces. Success in this role will be measured by increased event inquiries, client satisfaction, year-over-year revenue growth, and the establishment of a strong reputation within Cleveland's hospitality and corporate community.

Overall, the Event Sales & Marketing Manager will be a pivotal figure in establishing this new venue as a leading destination for private dining and upscale events, providing guests with polished, thoughtful service and unforgettable experiences that embody luxury and warmth.
