Delaware North's commitment to quality and innovation extends beyond the ballpark, offering unique career opportunities and promoting growth for its employees worldwide.

We are currently seeking seasonal Concessions Supervisors to join our dedicated team at Great American Ball Park. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the game day action, ensuring guests receive excellent service and a memorable experience. The position offers competitive pay at $16.00 per hour and comes with a comprehensive benefits package that supports both personal and professional well-being. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in managing team members and daily operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the opening and closing duties, maintaining cleanliness and organization of workspaces and equipment, assigning tasks to team members, and assisting with their training. You will handle guest inquiries and complaints related to food quality or service, engage with customers directly, assist in inventory management, and sometimes perform cashier duties. The role demands a proactive leader who can direct team members effectively, anticipate guest needs, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in energetic settings and enjoy being part of a team-oriented atmosphere. No prior restaurant experience is required, though a minimum of two years’ leadership experience is preferred. It is important that the candidate can implement rules and guide employees to ensure smooth operations. Physical requirements include constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, repetitive motions, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and the ability to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season.

Shifts for this role vary and may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, event days, and on-call or overtime as needed. By joining Delaware North, you become part of a legacy of hospitality excellence, working in iconic venues where your contributions bring great times to great places. This opportunity not only offers competitive compensation and benefits but also the chance to grow your career in an industry that values your dedication and enthusiasm. Delaware North is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, celebrating diversity and providing an inclusive workplace for all team members.
