The company values diversity and inclusion, fostering a respectful and supportive work environment where every employee is encouraged to contribute their unique perspective and abilities. Sodexo’s partnership with Cooper University Hospital in Camden, New Jersey, exemplifies its dedication to high standards and community impact.

As a growing institution with significant expansion plans over the next five years, Cooper University Hospital strives to provide top-tier patient care supported by partnerships with specialized service providers like Sodexo. The hospital’s dynamic environment demands a Catering Manager who embodies leadership, creativity, and hospitality expertise to elevate the catering and retail dining experience.

The Catering Manager 3 role at Cooper University Hospital is a unique and rewarding opportunity designed for a hospitality-driven professional eager to manage an annual catering volume of approximately $600,000. This role involves overseeing a diverse range of catering operations including executive-level meetings, physician events, hospital leadership functions, and special occasions. The role offers a fantastic platform to work in a respected healthcare environment with ample opportunities for professional development and career progression. Candidates can expect a supportive work culture that values innovation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Compensation will be competitive and reflective of each candidate’s education and relevant experience. Sodexo’s comprehensive benefits package complements the salary by offering medical, dental, and vision coverage, wellness programs, retirement benefits, paid time off, and career enhancement opportunities such as tuition reimbursement.

This position requires a detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable leader capable of juggling multiple priorities and responding effectively to the fast-paced demands of healthcare catering.
