The role available is for Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and Medication Nursing Assistants (MNAs), with the note that MNA shifts are not guaranteed. This employment opportunity offers a pay range between USD 28.75 and USD 37.50 per hour, inclusive of shift differentials and pay in lieu of benefits, along with a bonus of USD 2,500. The position involves working under the supervision and direction of Registered Nurses, providing both direct and indirect patient and resident care in compliance with established care plans and standards. LNAs are essential team members who assist patients and residents with their activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, among other support tasks.

Licensed Nursing Assistants play a vital role in monitoring and reporting changes in patients’ conditions to the charge nurse or supervisor, as well as communicating concerns or complaints from patients or family members.
