The role available is for Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and Medication Nursing Assistants (MNAs), with the note that MNA shifts are not guaranteed. This employment opportunity offers a pay range between USD 28.75 and USD 37.50 per hour, inclusive of shift differentials and pay in lieu of benefits, along with a bonus of USD 2,500. The position involves working under the supervision and direction of Registered Nurses, providing both direct and indirect patient and resident care in compliance with established care plans and standards. LNAs are essential team members who assist patients and residents with their activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, among other support tasks.

Job Requirements
- Completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program
- Valid nursing assistant certification according to state regulations
- Must be able to assist patients with activities of daily living
- Ability to report and document patient condition changes accurately
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including the possibility of no guaranteed MNA shifts
Job Qualifications
- Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program
- Prior experience in a nursing assistant role preferred but not required
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
- Basic understanding of patient care procedures and protocols
Job Duties
- Assist patients and residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing
- Report changes in patient and resident condition to charge nurse or supervisor
- Communicate patient and family concerns or complaints to appropriate supervisory personnel
- Participate in the care planning process
- Provide direct and indirect patient and resident care under the direction of registered nurses
