Job Requirements
- Minimum two to three years of experience leading people
- Food industry experience preferred
- High school diploma or some college education
- Ability to lead and manage in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards
- Flexible to work with business needs
- Willingness to travel to other locations
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, kneel, and lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Capacity to handle weather-related tasks
- Comfort with using restaurant equipment and technology
Job Qualifications
