Where We Provide Care

In addition to our global health program that supports children and women worldwide, Texas Children’s has steadily expanded our care to communities across Texas that need it most. Our extensive health care network includes 80+ community locations across the state and hospitals in Houston, Katy and The Woodlands. Our newest hospital location will open in Austin by 2024.

Our team members invest so much to provide the best care for our patients and their families, so we invest in them – from day one to year 41 and beyond. Along with outstanding medical, dental, vision and pharmacy benefits, our comprehensive Total Rewards program includes two retirement options: a cash pension plan and a 403(b) Savings Plan with 50 percent matching on the first 6 percent. To support work-life satisfaction, we provide generous Personal Time Off, an extended illness bank, seven paid holidays per year and a “My Day” that employees can use on any date they choose.
