Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar is a fresh, colorful and fun upscale-casual Latin American restaurant brand. It’s best known for its freshly prepared guacamole, hand-muddled Mojitos, slow roasted and grilled meats and fresh seafood.
The first Paladar location opened in Cleveland, Ohio in 2007 and is now in four different states. Annapolis, MD opened in 2010, Hallandale Beach, FL in 2012, North Bethesda, MD in 2013 and Tysons Corner, VA and Gaithersburg, MD opened in 2014. The seventh location is set to open Spring 2016 in King of Prussia, PA.
BOMBA Tacos & Rum is a premium casual taco concept inspired by the energy and spontaneity of the Puerto Rican dance of the same name. Guests are introduced to the exciting flavors and culture of Cuba, Central & South America and the Caribbean in a format that is warm and approachable. BOMBA adds sophistication, uniqueness and fun to its offering with its rum bar which provides a best-in-class experience with more than 65 premium rums and signature rum cocktails classically crafted.
