Northwest Specialty Hospital is a rapidly growing organization that is widely known for being a center of excellence and is proudly owned and operated by local physicians. The physicians are dedicated to creating a hospital that allows them to practice on their terms and do what’s best for patients. Northwest Specialty Hospital includes 8 operating rooms, 3 procedure rooms, and 32 inpatient beds, along with a variety of clinics and services offered throughout Kootenai County, that span over multiple specialties. Our 8 operating rooms are incredibly busy with an array of surgeries in general surgery, orthopedics, plastics, gynecology, spine, podiatry, and ENT. We currently have nearly 800 employees and we have plans to continue expanding our services to meet the growing need of our community.
