Flight Centre Travel Group is one of the world’s largest travel agency groups. It has company-owned operations in 20+ countries and a corporate travel management network that spans more than 100 countries. FCTG employs more than 12,000 people globally and has a total of about 3000 businesses. Phew!

But that’s not all – the company operates multiple brands, both in Australia and overseas, which opens up exciting career paths globally for its people.

This is aligned with FCTG’s belief in promoting from within where possible, which is evidenced by the fact that most of its senior leaders starting their careers with the company as retail travel agents.
