Position: Server Assistant – 34 Rest. and Bar
About: We are now looking for enthusiastic, service-oriented people to work as server assistants. Our server assistants provide support for the service teams by maintaining supplies of clean silver and glass wear and other items as needed to ensure enjoyable dining experiences for all of our guests. They will also maintain cleanliness of the service areas by removing trash and dirty dishes. Must have a passionate sense of hospitality with professional, friendly demeanor. This is a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a restaurant setting preferred; strong sense of hospitality and customer service; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; attention to detail and cleanliness; physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 lbs; availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
