Position: Senior Manager, Centurion New York Events
About: The Global Lounge Experiences team at American Express is dedicated to setting the bar in the premium lounge space. With Centurion New York as the flagship city lounge location, offering exclusive fine dining and lounge experiences to Centurion Card Members, the team aims to deliver exceptional customer experiences through innovative partnerships and top-notch service.
Requirements: preferably 8+ years of previous sales and events management; solutions-oriented, strategic thinker with attention to detail; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to relay creative solutions and remain flexible across various problem-solving approaches; strong leadership abilities, sound judgment, and knowledge of Sales, Catering & Event Service operations; exceptional project management and budgeting skills; may require schedule flexibility (days, nights, and/or weekends)
