Position: Senior Events & Engagement Analyst
About: The Senior Events & Engagement Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing digital communication strategies, user experience, and engagement initiatives within the ITS department and university engagement efforts. Responsibilities include managing projects, delivering cohesive communication and engagement strategies, organizing events, and fostering a strong, inclusive culture.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in communications, organizational culture, information technology, or related field required; 3 years experience in project management, communications, organizational culture, or IT required; Experience in developing and executing internal communication programs required; Experience in creating and implementing employee engagement initiatives required; Knowledge of techniques to foster employee engagement and enhance organizational culture required; Excellent interpersonal skills required; Strong problem-solving skills required; Creative thinking and ability to introduce innovations required; Ability to establish positive working relationships and balance competing priorities required; Strong written and verbal communication skills required
