About: MIAMI LEISURE MANAGEMENT is seeking a skilled and experienced Seafarer to join our team on a passenger ship. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service at the Reception Desk, maintain administrative duties efficiently, and ensure a memorable experience for our passengers throughout the cruise.
Requirements: At least four years’ experience in the hotel industry in both practical and management and administration position; Must have refined skills in public relations with a good command of English and other languages as needed per ship assignment; Efficient in typing, computer knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, MS Outlook, and MXP POS application; Ability to communicate effectively with personnel and passengers; Proactive individual who is reliable, works well under pressure, and can handle administration tasks efficiently; Ability to work in an international environment and under tight deadlines.
