Position: Reception/Hospitality Specialist
About: Reception/Hospitality Specialist position provides “White Glove” customer service and is responsible for taking care of all client meetings and events, and hospitality tasks at a client location. This unique client facing position is an exciting position to start your Epiq career.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; Minimum of 1 year work experience in a reception and/or hospitality field; Mail, copy, print and scanning production experience is preferred; Ability to lead others in a professional manner; Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to resolve complaints; Ability to multitask with attention to detail; Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook; Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater; Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
