About: Job Summary: The position involves serving food and beverages poolside, ensuring cleanliness in the service area, and up-selling to increase check averages. The role requires adherence to cash drop procedures, hotel guidelines, and sanitation practices. Salary Range: $17.00 – $18.50 per hour
Requirements: • High intensity environment with focus on cover counts. • Ability to carry 3+ plates weighing up to 15 pounds. • Stamina to stand for 7+ hours and work in high temperatures. • Knowledge of food items, wines, and beverages. • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle stressful situations. • Flexible schedule availability. • Quick thinking and problems solving skills. • Familiarity with clientele preferences. • 2+ years experience as a server. • Minimum age to serve alcohol and obtain necessary certifications.
