Position: Pastry Cook – Emerils
About: We are looking for pastry cooks with production and plating experience. Responsibilities will include Station set-up and breakdown, prepping of desserts and garnishes, plating up desserts and cheese/salumi boards. Applicants should have two years of experience, and a degree in Baking & Pastry is preferred, but not required. Must have good grooming and be able to work well with others. Also, must be able to work efficiently. And, most importantly, must be creative and passionate about food!
