Position: Order Taker – In Room Dining – Aria

Requirements: Prior customer service experience in a high-volume setting; Prior food and beverage, call center, or similar experience; Experience in a hotel/resort and/or luxury resort environment; Describes themselves as detail-oriented, motivated, and a quick learner; Demonstrates pride in their work; Knowledgeable of Forbes and AAA standards of service; Knowledgeable of computers and Point of Sale (POS) systems; Dedicated to providing the highest level of guest service; Flexibility to work various hours/shifts as needed per on-call requirements including weekends, holidays, mornings, afternoons, and overnight shifts
