Position: Customer Service Representative

Oaks Senior Living is a premier senior living community dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to its senior residents. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both their current and potential residents. In this role, your main focus will be to ensure that all inquiries and concerns are handled efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from current and potential residents in a timely and courteous manner
– Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints, maintaining a high level of empathy and understanding
– Conduct regular follow-up calls with residents to ensure their needs and expectations are being met
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and files
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of any issues or concerns
– Keep up-to-date with community events and activities to effectively inform residents and potential residents
– Collaborate with marketing team to promote the community and increase resident satisfaction
– Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining inventory of office supplies
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred; at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities; ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills; compassionate, patient, and understanding attitude towards seniors and their families
