Position: Lead Steward, (Banquets)
About: The Lead Steward is responsible for maintaining the Company’s kitchen and surrounding areas, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation. This position involves coordinating and assisting the Stewarding team to meet department standards.
Requirements: High School Diploma required; Previous experience in stewarding preferred; Some experience with inventory controls and systems, storeroom principles, and procurement processes preferred; Ability to complete safety training and certifications; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends; Ability to work in a fast-paced and somewhat stressful environment
