Position: Lead Mixologist – 34 Speakeasy Room
About: The Speakeasy Lead Bartender will bartend and provide a regular and steady presence contributing to the identity of the space. They will also assist Lead Bartender with administration of the Speakeasy Bar area, including but not limited to ingredient prep, ordering, and inventory. The Speakeasy Lead Bartender will also assist with cocktail development, pricing, product tasting and selection, and staff training. The Speakeasy Lead Bartender will also cross-train and should be conversant with the bar program for Main Dining Room.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum legal age to serve alcohol; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixology; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail; willingness to learn and develop new skills; familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems
