Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred; 1+ Previous Front Desk experience; Advanced knowledge of computer software, Microsoft Office, and web analytics tools preferred; Ability to work under pressure; Excellent customer service skills; Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel management systems; Fluency in English required
