Position: Executive Sous Chef – The Harpeth Hotel

Requirements: Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience; minimum of five years’ sales experience in a related position; ability to perform critical analysis and manage a wide range of information; advanced knowledge of culinary principles and practices; excellent oral, written, and presentation skills; ability to delegate, manage manpower, organize complex projects, and communicate effectively with management, staff, and guests.
