Position: Executive Meetings & Events Manager

About: The Executive Meetings & Events Team at American Express provides high-quality event management services for the Chairman’s Office, Amex Board of Directors, and select Executive Committee Members. The team handles a variety of programs, including client entertainment programs, partnership meetings, large-scale conferences, and more.

Requirements: At least 7+ years corporate meeting planning experience; Experience in Large Scale, C-Level, sporting events, experiential activations; Strong executive presence; Highly organized and detail-oriented; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Expert ability to influence partners; Strong project management skills; Expertise with Excel and PowerPoint; Experience with meeting industry technology; Willingness to travel domestic and international
