About: The UCLA Division of Graduate Education oversees policies for graduate programs and is dedicated to supporting over 12,000 students across 130 academic programs. The Events and Operations Specialist position involves coordinating events, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth execution of activities within the Division of Graduate Education at UCLA.
Requirements: Skill in using word-processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation programs; Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to coordinate meetings and special events; Demonstrated time management and organizational skills; Experience composing and editing content effectively; Demonstrated problem-solving skills; Basic graphic design skills; Experience using various software tools preferred; Knowledge of UCLA campus venues preferred; Ability to coordinate event staff preferred.
